Anita Adwoa Bart-Plange - Member

Anita Adwoa Bart - Plange (Mrs) is currently the Managing Proprietress of EL - NISSI Micro - Credit Services and a Business woman. Prior to setting up EL - NISSI MCS, she was the Head of Banking Operations and Acting Head for Business Development at Commerz Savings and Loans Gh. Ltd where she worked for three (3) years.

She joined HFC Bank Gh. Ltd (Now Republic Bank Gh. Ltd) in 2004 as a Teller and, through hard work and dedication to service, rose through the ranks to become a Branch Manager in 2009. With her in-depth knowledge acquired in Banking Operations she joined the Bank’s Internal Audit Team in 2015 as a Senior Internal Auditor where she worked as a Team Lead for Branch Audits.

Anita is an Experienced Banker, with over Seventeen (17) years of experience in the Industry; having worked in almost all the typical roles in Banking Operations. She’s a focused professional who has strong and proven expertise in Strategic Planning, Business Initiatives, and Banking Operations (both formal and informal sectors. She is also a Lay Preacher of the Methodist Church Ghana and a Family Life counselor certified by the Christian Council and licensed by the Ghana Psychology Council (GPC).

Anita is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (Gh) and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) Finance Option from the Central University Graduate School. She also holds a BSc Administration (Management Option) from the same university, and is currently a student member (Level 3) of the Chartered Institute of Certified Tax Accountants.
